Make a complaint

Email hello@nationaltalent.org, or use the form in the Complaints Policy. Acknowledged within 5 working days · outcome within 20

Query or appeal a result

Start with a clerical check or a results enquiry, then a Stage 1 appeal if you are still dissatisfied. Clerical check within 5 working days of the decision · an appeal within 20 · fees are set out in the policy

Request an adjustment

Reasonable adjustments are agreed before assessment; special considerations are applied after it. Request as early as possible · reviewed within 10 working days

Report malpractice

Tell us immediately if you suspect malpractice or maladministration by anyone involved in NTA delivery. Initial review within 10 working days

Report a safeguarding concern

Email us marked Safeguarding – urgent. If a learner is at immediate risk, contact the police or your local authority first. Acted on immediately

Tell us about an accessibility barrier

If any part of the platform or our materials is hard to use, we want to know and will offer an alternative format. Acknowledged within 3 working days
